Built With Intention is Vision 2 Purpose Foundation’s flagship youth leadership and personal development program for youth ages 13 to 21 in the South Suburbs of Chicago. This program goes beyond homework help. It helps young people discover who they are, define where they are going, and build the confidence, skills, and purpose needed to create a future worth remembering.

Vision Builders | Ages 13–14
Discovering who I am and who I can become.
Youth explore identity, confidence, emotional wellness, leadership foundations, goal setting, positive relationships, and creative expression.
Purpose Explorers | Ages 15–16
Turning interests into direction.
Youth connect their passions and talents to meaningful goals through leadership development, career exploration, financial literacy, community impact, and personal growth.
Legacy Builders | Ages 17–21
Creating a future worth remembering.
Young adults prepare for life beyond high school through workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, trades exploration, college and career planning, professional development, leadership, and service.
Creative Wellness Experience | All Ages
Healing, growing, and discovering purpose through creativity.
V2P’s creative wellness experience uses art, storytelling, journaling, and self-expression as tools for emotional wellness, confidence, communication, resilience, and personal growth.

12-Week Leadership Cohort
This structured cohort serves 8 to 10 participants and includes mentorship, leadership development, financial literacy, workforce readiness, creative wellness, community engagement, field experiences, and a final recognition experience.
